Convenient, courteous service awaits at our Customer Service Centre located on the concourse level across from Indigo. Whether you stop by to have your parking stub validated, or to get directions to a store, our friendly Customer Service representative will be pleased to assist you. Our hours of operation are Monday to Saturday 10 am to 10 pm and Sunday 12 pm to 10 pm.

Bring your parking stub to our Customer Service Centre and receive 2 hours free parking when you present a proof of purchase of $25 or more from any Manulife Centre store or service. Validation available only during Customer Service Centre hours. |

Daytime Maximum $17.00
From 6 a.m. - 6:00 a.m.
Evening Maximum $8.50
From 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.
Patrons for Cineplex receive 4 hours parking for $3.00 after 6:00pm entrance on weekdays, anytime on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
Patrons for Panorama receive 4 hours parking for $3.00 after 6:00pm entrance.
The garage height clearance is 6 ft 1.
